Introduction

Allows visitors of your site, to leave their contact information on your site quickly, so that you can contact them later on through phone or via e-mail.

Request Callback is an fully customizable online form that will ask visitor's phone number and other details and send a mail to configurable e-mail address. You can customize your User Interface by making user fields to Optional, Required or Hide from the user.
