Demo Explained

This demo shows a simple form built with DNNCentric custom form Creator. It shows all major supported fields. You can attach three kinds of workflow with this form.

Email workflow will send emails on form submit
SQL workflow will post data to a SQL Table
Final step will either show a message or redirect to a new page with various query string tokens.

We have used google translate service to translate the form captions from English to German and French languages. Please forgive us if something does not make sense in your language.
